A Cruise and Caribbean Jerk Salad

Hey Everyone! 

I have just finished my latest review! I have had an extremely busy week and am glad that I was able to relax today and I was finally able to finish up my next review. This time, I take a look at "More than Magic: Semester Aboard" by Elizabeth Kirke, which you can find by clicking here or on the "Good Books" page as always.

To go along with it, I am going to provide a recipe for a delicious caribbean jerk chicken salad that is loaded with flavor... But that's not quite ready yet! I hope to have it available for everyone tomorrow so check back!
